Easiest (and fastest!) updo for romantic hair

Things you will need:

& some dry shampoo if your hair is dirty-ish.  This stuff is the best! It gives it volume and texture so it makes the updo easier to accomplish.  Tip: don't buy this stuff at Target, Walmart, etc.  The ingredients are different than if you were to purchase it at a salon.
First, begin by spraying your hair with hairspray so the updo will hold! And also so you can tease your hair and make it big.

Then, tease away ladies.  The bigger the hair the closer you are to God.

You will probably look like a lion when you're done. As you can see below.  Don't worry.

Now, tame the beast.
Use a bobby pin or two to make a cute poof with your bangs.  You can always leave your bangs down but putting them up on hot summer days is just so much better!

After the poof is done-zo, take a chunk of hair on the side of your head next to your ear and twist it until it starts to wrap around itself into a circular shape and then pin it.  Do the same on the other side of your head.
It should look a little something like this when you're done.  It doesn't need to be perfect- a little messiness is cute & fun!
Now you should have two sections left on the back of your head.  Maybe more if you have more hair.  Do the same thing as above, twist until you can't twist no more and pin those circular beauties up.
Once all your hair is pinned it should look a little something like this! Pretty, huh?  Easy, right? RIGHT!

If you want to add a little extra you can purchase a pretty hair pin like the one below and toss it in the updo wherever you please.
Or you can go girly and get a cute flower like this one.
It's so beautiful and literally takes no longer than 5 minutes.  I do my hair like this a lot and get TONS of compliments on it.  When you start to master this type of updo it's easy to change a few things up, like adding a braid, to make it more personalized and special.

XOXO, love & lace
